    Remote · Full-time

    Senior Ghostwriter — Book-length nonfiction

    You ghostwrite 30k–80k word nonfiction manuscripts for executives, founders, and experts. You can match any voice in two sample chapters. You've shipped at least 3 full-length books. Comp: $110k–$160k base + project bonuses.

    Book Cover Designer — Mid/Senior

    You design covers that win on a 90×140 thumbnail and look incredible at full size. You know typography, color theory, and genre conventions for thriller, self-help, business, memoir, and faith-based titles. Comp: $95k–$135k base + royalties per cover.

    Marketing Lead — Amazon + Meta Ads

    You run Amazon Ads and Meta campaigns with $50k+/mo budgets. You've taken at least 5 books from launch to category bestseller. You write the ad copy, build the audiences, and own the P&L. Comp: $120k–$170k base + % of ad spend managed.

    Intro call

    A conversation about the work — not a screen. We want to know what you've shipped, what you want next, and whether we're the right fit. No trick questions, no whiteboard riddles.

  2. 5–10 hours · paid

    Paid trial

    A real piece of work at our standard rate — edited for an editor, designed for a designer, written for a writer. We pay regardless of outcome; fair pay for fair work, even if it doesn't lead to a hire.

  3. 1 hour · team

    Team conversation

    Meet two people you'd work with daily. An honest conversation about process, expectations, comp, and what the next six months actually look like. Bring your questions — we'll bring ours.

  4. 48 hours · decision

    Written offer

    Clear comp, written terms, no surprise negotiation games. If we say yes, you have a written offer in two business days. If we say no, you get a real reason — not a copy-paste ghost.
